Zimbabwe is a parliamentary democracy. The ruler of Zimbabwe is Robert Mugabe. Zimbabwe's independence day is on the 18th of April. This was when they became independent from the UK. Their economy relies on mining for coal and rare elements like Gold and Platinum. They also sell wood products, clothing, and fertilizer. In Zimbabwe, they speak a total of 13 languages. The major ones are English, Chewa, Ndebele, Shona, and Chibarwe.

In Zimbabwe, there are two main Ethnic groups, Shona and Ndebele. Gifts are not expected but appreciated in Zimbabwe and their Social Customs. When giving a present, the present should be wrapped and should only be opened in private.

ReligionThe major religions in Zimbabwe are Apostolic, Pentecostal, Roman Catholic, other Christians, and a few Muslims. The people of Zimbabwe believe in spirits and witchcraft, and believe that if a person angers the spirit of someone who passed away by hurting a loved one of the spirit, that spirit would punish that person.
