What can you do?-Eat three servings vegetables a day!-Play outside 60 minutes a day!-Try to limit Calories!-Eat a wide variety of food types from the food pyramid!-Try to stay away from fattening foods!

Importance of Stopping Obesity. - If you are obese, you have more of a chance to get chronic heart diseases! - Obesity can affect the knees and hips because of the stress placed on the joints by extra weight.-Additional fat tissue in the body needs oxygen and nutrients in order to live, this means that the blood vessels to circulate more blood to the fat tissue. -Obese people can suffer sleep apnea, this happens when the fat of the chest constrains the lungs causing people to stop breathing momentarily.


Eating three servings of vegetables can help you get fit!

Pros to Stopping Obesity-If you are not obese you will have less of a chance to get chronic heart problems!-By preventing obesity you will move america to a lower rank in the most obese countries. This will give america a better reputation! ( we are currently second)-If obesity is prevented, then people will have a higher self esteem.-People will be more active!
