Wylie's glog about Eleanor and Park

Eleanor and Park

By: Rainbow Rowell

Eleanor and Park is a book about 2 teenagers who like each other. Eleanor and Park met on a bus when Eleanor just moved to Omaha Nebraska, Eleanor's stepdad is a very rude person. He attacks Eleanors mom, yells, has a temper, drinks while he drives and smokes half a pack a day. If you want to find out more I suggest you read the book. My favorite part of the book is where Eleanor and Park meet because Eleanor just moved to this new town and she is a misfit, and so is Park. Eleanor is a misfit because she wears mens clothes and mix - matched clothes, Park is a misfit because he is the only asian kid in the school. These differences brought Eleanor and Park together. I would recommend this book to people who like adult books. I would give this book a 5 out of ten, there was some violence and language but hardly any sexual material.CAUTION: This book contains adult material: language, violence, and/or sexual material. DO NOT take this book if it would offend you or your family's values.

Rainbow Rowell writes about adults and teenagers she has always writen about people who talk alot. Her books are: Attachments, Landline, Eleanor and Park, Fangirl and Carry on.
