Roosevelt gave the Quarantine Speech declaring neutraility-Supplied Soviet, Britian, & Chine with war material through the Lend-Lease Act-The US's economic sanction on Japan as part of an effort to deter Japanase military aggression in the Asia-Pacific enranged the Empire of Japan.-The Imperial Japanese Navy attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941-2,403 Americans killed along with 1,178 wounded-2 battleships completely lost -The US declared war on Japan after this attack, thus entering WWII-Germany & Italy declared war on the US
