Who Introduced White FourThere isn't really a true creator because they were crushing the flower grains with stones to get the part of the seed that the body can digest.

White flour is the finely ground endosperm of the wheat kernel. When you cook with flour it is usually used as dough by adding water until you are satisfied with the consistency.
