Prevent mosquitoe bites:-Use insect repellent-Get rid of mosquito breeding sites by emptying standing water from flower pots, buckets or barrels-Stay indoors between dusk and dawn, when mosquitoes are most active-Use screens on windows to keep mosquitoes out

Infections signs and systoms:Mild: Fever, headache, body ache, fatigue, back pains, skin rash, swollen lymph glands, and eye pain.Serious:High fever, Severe headache ,Stiff neck ,Disorientation or confusion ,Stupor or coma, Tremors or muscle jerking, Lack of coordination , Convulsions, PainPartial paralysis or sudden muscle weakness.
The virus is most commonly transmitted to humans by mosquitoes. You can reduce your risk of being infected with the virus by using insect repellent and wearing protective clothing to prevent mosquito bites. There are no medications to treat or vaccines to prevent the virus infection. People with virus does not show sysmtoms. Infection can lead to inflammation of the brain, the spinal cord, or the tissues surrounding it and the spinal cord. Infected people develop a serious, sometimes fatal, neurologic illness.

Mosquitoes become infected by feeding on birds that are infected with the virus. The infected birds might die or become sick.
