How to Perform the Dumbbell Bicep CurlStarting Position1. Feet are shoulder width apart with arms extended down by your side2. Raise the arm toward your shoulder and flex the arm at the elbow3. Make sure as you are bringing the arms toward the shoulders that the palms are facing upward4. As you are raising the dumbbells make sure you are exhaling5. At the top of the lift, you will now begin to lower the weight to the ending position.

Safety:Do not use your body and back to elevate the weight. Keep your feet apart and back straight
