Vote for Roosevelt

Roosevelt led America through the great depression and WWII, and was so popular he was elected for four terms!

If he fixed the depression, he can fix this recession!

Roosevelt cares about keeping his citizens informed -- a great example of this is his famous "fireside chats"

"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have little."

Roosevelt is most famous for the First and Second New Deal, National Relations Labor Act, Social Security Act, and advocating for economic rights to be considered the "second Bill of Rights".

The President is chief executive of the federal government and Commander in Chief of the armed forces. He enforces laws, treaties, and court rulings; develops federal policies; prepares the national budget; and appoints federal officials.

Roosevelt grew up in Massachusetts, and attended Harvard. He received a bachelor's degree in history and later an honorary doctorate in law. His first election was for New York Senate, which he won by a landslide. In 1913 he became the Assistant Secretary for the Navy, but after several years he returned to law in New York. After contracing polio in 1921, he started a fund that would later be known as The March of Dimes. He became the Governer of New York in 1929 and was first elected President in 1932.

Re-Elect Franklin D. Roosevelt
