Vitamin C is an organic, water soluable, compound found in many fruits and vegatables. It is needed for growth and development, as well as to help our bodies fight off infections.

*Too much vitamin C isnt is not good for you and cuses toxicity in the body

Toxicity Symptoms

Women:-75 mg per day

Men:90 mg per day

*Women over 19 and pregnant are advised to take 120 mg per day

*Do not exceed 2000 mg per day
