Facts about Chickenpox

Bacteria is a unicellular microorganism that doesn't have a nucleus or organelles.  Examples of bacteria- E.Coli, Salmonella. Characteristics: Microsopic, prokaryotic, unicellular

Bacteria reproduce through binary fission. The steps of binary fission are:1. The cell grows2. The DNA is copied and it attaches to the cell membrane3. The DNA and it's copy separate as the cell grows larger4. The cell splits into two. Each new cell has a copy of the DNA

Viruses reproduce through the Lytic cycle. The steps of viral reproduction are:1. The virus finds and joins itself to a host cell2. The virus enters the cell, or the viruses genetic material is injected into the cell.3. Once the virus' genes are inside the cell, they take over the host cell and turn it into a virus factory4. The new viruses break out of the cell, killing the cell. The cycle begins again
