What is a Vegetarian?Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, and poultry.A vegetarian diet is derived from plants, with or without eggs or dairy.Vegetarian does not live on vegetables. These foods are part of the diet, but are not the basis of a vegetarian diet.

Varieties of vegetarianism

The change of food, however beneficial it may be, should not be radical. It should be progressive, so that the adaptation of the body is gradual. It is important for a vegetarian who has an informed opinion about food and the changes that will occur.

How to get into vegetarianism

Ovo vegetarianism:includes eggs but not dairy products.Lacto vegetarianism:includes dairy products but not eggs.Ovo-lacto vegetarianism:includes animal/dairy products such as eggs, milk, and honey.Veganism:excludes all animal flesh and animal products, including milk, honey, and eggs.Raw veganism:includes only fresh and uncooked fruit, nuts, seeds, and vegetables.Fruitarianism:permits only fruit, nuts, seeds, and other plant matter that can be gathered without harming the plant.

VALTER OPINION:In my opinion, I couldn't live feeding me based on vegetables and that stuff.I think meat and fish are essentials in our diet, not just for the nutrients they provide us, as their taste.I also like vegetables and salads because it helps me to have a more balanced dietBut what I really like is to go eat at MacDonalds, in fact, I couldn't live without my BigMac.

BEBIANA OPINION:Vegetarianism is a diet that excludes all meat typesas well as certain foods. It is based in the consumption of vegetables foods with or without consumption of dairy products and eggs. There are several reasons that lead a person to adopt a vegetarian diet, ranging from do not like to eat meat, passing along religious, until therespect for animal rights.In the opinion of most vegetarian is not just kill animals to feed a person, especially when that person's life does not depend on an animal's life.
