The mutation i gave the T rex was, increase of the thickness and toughness of the skin. mainly to better its resistence to cold temperatures.

Over time the mutation might change slightly. Due to issues and problems that might occur with a mutation it can very slowly change.

The mutation must undergo while in the gamete to form a fertilized egg, or zygote. Resulting the offspring to inherit one half of their traits from each parent.
