Tupac

Tupac Amaru Shakur made many important contributions to African American people. He used his poems, songs, and record companies to give African Americans Hope. His words as well as his actions Gave African American Pride as well as a reason to want the carry on and do batter for themselves. His Lyrics touched the hearts of many people as well as his hard Life.

I choose to Wright about Tupac because one of his poem books Titled: The Rose That Grow from Concrete, really touched me. And made me Proud to be part African American. I admire him because he was not afraid to fight for what he believes in. Also though he did some bad things in his youth he did not let that determine what he would become or his limits. He did not submit to the stereotypes placed on BLACK men from his neighborhood and he proved them all wrong. That is what he inspired me to do as well.

~Family Tree~

Because we all springfrom different treeswe are not created equallyIs the true beauty in the treeor in the vast forest in which it breathes the tree must fight 2 breedamong the evils of the weeds

I find greatness in the tressthat grows against all oddsit blossoms in darknessand gives birth 2 promising pods.I was the tree who grew from weedsand wasn't meant 2 beashamed I'm not in fact I am proudof my thriving family tree
