Rules of Trig1: There are three main functions in trig, these are sine, cosine, and tangent2: To perform trig you must have a right triangle and either 1 side and an angle, or 2 sides3: There are three sides with each corresponding angle, the opposite, adjacent, and hypoteneuse.4: The sine function represents opposite over hypoteneuse, the cosine function is adjacent over hypoteneuse, and the tangent function is opposite over adjacent.5: To find an angle using two sides, use an inverse function. 6: Pick an angle and input the correct angle and function to solve for a side or angle.
