An isosceles triangle is a polygon with one pair of congruent sides, one pair of congruent angles, one distinct side, and one distinct angle. All of the angles must add up to 180 degrees.
An equilateral triangle has three congruent sides and three congruent angles. Each angle must measure 60 degrees, which will make the triangle 180 degrees in total.
A scalene triangle is a polygon with three distinct sides and three distinct angles. All of the angles must add up to 180 degrees.
