Nasi lemak

Mee Poh Dry


1) Chilli flakes or crushed dried chilli 2) fresh chilli ( minced) 3) Shallots ( minced) 4) Hae Bee ( optional) or Buah Keluak (optional) 5) Dried sole ( toasted and crushed)


1 Cup Rice,(washed and drained) 2 Cups Santan 1 Pandan Leaf, (tied in a Knot) 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Naan Bread

150ml hand-hot milk 2 tsp caster sugar 2 tsp dried active yeast 450g plain flour 0.5 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp vegetable oil, plus a little extra 150ml natural yogurt 1 large egg, lightly beaten poster yourself
