Diagon Alley in fact is inside the Leadenhall Market. Harry bought there his owl Hedwig from Eeylops Owl Emporiumand and his first wand from Ollivanders.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank was the first place where Harry was taken by Hagrid. In fact, this building is the High Comission of Australia.

The building of Hogwart isn't real. It's just a maquette. So where was the Great Hall where the young wizards were eating their meals? This place is the dining hall at Christ Church in Oxford.

The Hogwart Express was travelling through the Glenfinnan Viaduct in Scotland.

In the first Harry Potter's movie Harry was taken to the zoo by Durslay's family. This scene was filmed in the London Zoo.

At the junction, of Scotland Place and Great Scotland Yard, Harry with Mr Weasley entered to the phone box to gain entry to the Ministry of Magic.
