Jobs that perform repetitive movements have higher risks than others. It is computer operators, typists, musicians and people doing repetitive tasks in factories who most commonly develop RSI.

Poor posture and overuse are big risk factors in getting hurt

If you think that you have RSI, seek help from a proffesional.

RSI can cause serious damage to you. It may not seem like much, but the factors can be extremely limiting. You could find yourself not able to make your own food, dress yourself, or type. It could limit your ability to complete your job in the future.
