Religion:Igbolands belief is that there is one creater, God, also known as Chineke or Chukwu.The tradition Igbo religion has general respect for Ala or Ana, who is the Earth Goddess.There are two different kinds of priests. Hereditary lineage priests and priests who were chosen by certain deities for their service.

In things fall apart religion plays a big role in the decisions the Ibo Tribe makes in everyday life.
