Impact on SocietyThe first airplane had an incredible impact on society. At the time it created several jobs and boosted the posibiltiy of trade, travel and economics. It provided the basis for all airplane designs. In addition the invention of the airplane directly contributed to the possiblity of humans traveling into space.After years of developmemt airplanes also began to change military tactics and espionage. Planes began to be used for bombings, attacks and rapid ways of transporting soldiers and supplies.

Who? The 2 Wright Brothers were named Wilbur and Orville. Wilbur was born on April 16th, 1867 he passed away on May 30th, 1912 at the age of 45. Orville Wright was born on August 19th, 1871. He died January 30th, 1948.

Why is it Revolutionary?The Wright Brothers airplane was the first of it's kind. Never before had a vehicle flown through the sky like the birds could. It had a huge impact on society

PollutionThe invention of the airplane also introduced new forms of pollution which caused several environmentalists to reject the idea. Air pollution which was never an issue slowly began to contaminate the sky. Noise pollution also became an issue as the first airplanes were extremely loud when they flew.
