The Works Of Pablo Ruiz Picasso

Who On Earth Is Pablo Picasso?Pablo Ruiz Picasso was a Spanish Cubist artist that was born in 1881 to Maria Picasso Lopez and Jose Ruiz Blasco, in the populous city of Magala in Spain. As a young child, Pablo developed an unusual adeptness for artwork. This was especially visible when he enrolled in his father's art class in La Corona, where the family moved in 1891. At the time, Pablo was only ten years old. However, his age did not stop him. As Pablo progressed as an art student, he was able to experiment with what he was learning about. In a short amount of time, his experimentations lead him to acquire new means of expression, allowing him to surpass his father's art ability. As a result, Jose shifted his ambitions to those of Pablo's, providing him with a variety of models to work with. When he was only thirteen, Pablo opened his first exhibit. While he was there, Pablo collaborated with a variety of other intellectuals and artists, who inspired him to alter his methods from the classical ways of which he'd been trained to a whole new method of experimentation as well as innovation. Shortly after, Pablo entered what is known as the Blue Period (Blue Nude, La Vie). After this came the Rose Period, in which Pablo created 'Two Nudes,' as well as 'Gertude Stein,' and a variety of other famous works. Lastly, he entered what is known as the Break Into Cubism, in which Pablo created paintings unlike anyone hadever seen before. "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon" was one of these unique paintings, a complex deception described as 'five nude prostitues, abstracted and distorted with sharp geometric features and stark blotches of blues, greens and grays' (description is directly from biography.com, in Pablo's biography). As for his marriage, Pablo had countless relationships and was known as a 'womanizer' at that time. His first wife was Olga Khokhlova, whom he spent nine years with before marrying his second wife, Jacqueline Roque at the age of 69. Pablo passed away on April 8th, 1973 at the age of 91. His legacy still continues today, with a mindblowing history of artwork.
