Chazeret- A second bitter herb, usually romaine lettuce, used in the Hillel sandwich.
Maror- Horseradish root to symbolize the bitter times in Egypt.
Charoset- Apple, wine, and walnuts mixed together to remind us of the hard work we did when we were slaves.
Beitzah- A boiled egg to remind us of the hagiga sacrifice.
Karpos-A green vegetable that is dipped into salt water to represent the tears that were shed when we were slaves.
Zeroah-A roasted bone to represent the Pesach offerings.
