This Second Amendment was adopted on December 1791, as part of the first ten amendments contained in the Bill of Rights.The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Nowadays, there is a real question yourself about this Second Amendment, and especially the voluntary shootout who result from the right to bear arms freely.

In United States, there is a real cult about the firearms, this is one of the most important stand of the country. It could result from the conquest of the whole territory through wars against Indians and Spaniards and the violent experiences who has built this passion for firearms. For the Americans, the government can’t protect them, only a gun can do it. With it they feel free, self-reliant and secure, this is also one of the goal of the Nation Rifles Association who want to protect this right which is the most controversial subject.
