In normal conditions we usually need to drink about 2 liters of water a day. We need to stay hydrated. If the weather is hot or when you are exercising, you need to drink extra water to replace the water that you lost when you were sweating.

How Much Do We Need?

Water helps carry nutrients to all the cells in your body. Most water in our body is in our cells, which is why water is so important. Nutrients are disentegrates in water. So therefore, when water goes to your body it trasnports the nutrients to where they need to go to.

Your body needs water to produce sweat or perspiration. Your sweat helps regulate your body temperature. Also, while you sweat you are removing waste.
