The Hydrosphere

How Much was AfftecedBarley any of the water in the world was affected at about 0.0026% of all of earths water. That is still a growing number but not by much because of all of the ashes travel through out the hydrosphere.

The forest fire causes landslides. Where a bunch of rocks will fall and clog up the rivers and streams causing them to flood. In addition firefighters take water from near by lakes to help them put out the fireThe falling ash pollutes the water

How was the hydrosphere affected

Global AffectsThe water that the firemen use from the lakes to put the fire out either hits fire or dirt in which it is absorbed by the soil then put back into the plants that still live or back into lakes and rivers. The water that goes into plants is precipitated. making it unusable for humans until it rains agian.

Long Term AffectThe rocks that fall into the rivers and streams will not move causing the rivers and streams to forever stay flooded. If enough rocks are there wildlife that used to use the stream as a home or something may not be able to live there anymore because of the fast flowing currents

Local AffectsAfter the fire all of the ash that has polluted the lakes and rivers make it harder to unpollute the water. Craeting water that is unusable for humans unless put under treatmen for an extra day.

Short Term AffectThe lakes that the firemen used for water go down in there water level. Making it an inconvenient place for animals to get their water from.
