The Growth Mindset

STRESS!STRESS IS ALL AROUND US AND ITS UNLIKELY TO GO AWAY BECAUSE WITH OUT STRESS YOU WOULD BE LAZY AND WOULDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. BUT THERE CAN BE TOO MUCH STRESS IN OUR LIVES THATS WHEN YOU START HIPERVENTILATING AND CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT OR YOU JUST CAN'T GET SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR MIND. SOME PEOPLE FIND MEDITATING HELPS THEM CALM BUT IF THAT ISN'T FOR YOU EXCERCISING ESSPECIALY SWIMMING CAN HELP YOU CALM.

Organisation Being organised is very important because it keeps you on track. Some easy ways to become more organised is Prioritse your diary, make a to do list or make a plan for the day or week. If you are organised life becomes a lot easier for yourself and the people around you.

The Growth Mindset

To create a growth mindset you have to get the right amount of evrything. Some of the key things are:

Sleep!Sleep is very important to boost yourself for the next day. It is important to get eight and a half hour os solid sleep. Which gives the brain enough brain power for the coming day. But if you get more than nine and a half hours of slepp every night you become sluggish and lazy so it is harder to focus! Ahhh what a night mare!

Food!Mmm, Yum here's the best section. Some foods are really good for you like bannana's, blueberries, salmon and of course strawberries. Well strawberries are yummy but they have a very small amount of nutrients so save them for recess. To create a balanced diet, this doesn't mean eat everything and have the same amount of every thing. It means you have the same amount of savoury as sweet but a little less sweet. Hungry Jacks, Chicken Treat, Macdonalds, KFC and red rooster should only be eaten as treats because it is very high in fat.

What to do in a test.Everyone hates tests because the pressure that is put on you to do well but the worse thing you can do is stress because stressing and believing you won't do well is the worst thing you can do because you can't focus properly. Some things you can do to stop stressing is a calm meditation or excercising because these things esspecially excercise it calms you down and takes your mind off it. Ifyou do the easy questions first and check your work you should be fine if you revised the night before.
