Grapefruit Diet

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, two slices of bacon, and ½ grapefruit or 8 ounces of grapefruit juice.Lunch: Salad with dressing, any meat in any amount, and ½ grapefruit or 8 ounces of grapefruit juice.Dinner: Any kind of meat prepared any way, salad or red and green vegetables, coffee or tea, and ½ grapefruit or 8 ounces of grapefruit juice.Bedtime Snack: 8 ounces of skim milk.

The Grapefruit Diet is a protein rich diet that requires the user to have grapefruit juice at every meal for 12 days. It is said to lose up to 10 pounds because of the enzymes in grapefruits.

I have come to the conclusion that the Grapefruit diet is a negative, bad thing because of all of the negative side affects. I would definatley not want to do this diet in the future. The low-calorie diet seems like it would limit and strip the users from nutrients.
