Bulla, the man pictured below,. was a famous Roman gangster. He controlled the Italian countryside with a 600 man band. This took place before 229 BCE, but the exact date is unkown. Bulla was kind of like Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and craftsmen and freeing slaves.
