The Element

It manifests differently in every person, but its components are universal.

The element is the place where the things you love to do and the things that you are good at come together.

"Never underestimate the vital importance of finding early in life the work that for you is play."

Most people have not found their element because they have a very limited conception of their natural capacities.

Finding our element is essential to our well-being and ultimate success, and, by implication, to the effectiveness of our educational systems.

The other thing that I love doing and that I think I am good at is playing sports. I feel grateful to have had the opportunities to play several of them in different sport clubs during my life. I have played hockey since I was 8 years old, I`ve played voleyball, handball, and football also. Other activities I have taken part in are swimming and Pilates. I love exercise, in my free times I used to go running, now I`m going to the gym, but I would really love to do more things! Sadly I have no time and no money. lol

One of my Elements is English. I really enjoy speaking in this beautiful language, learning and teching too! The facility has been in me since I was a child, my mum says so. Then when I started classes in an Institute I went directly to second year and had great marks. I want to get even better and live new experiences connected with English.

The Element has two main features*Aptitude: is a natural facility for something.*Passion: you take a deep delight and pleasure in what you do.The element also has two conditions.*Attitude: is our personal perspective on our selves and our circumstances.*Opportunity:Aptitudes do not necessarily become obvious unless there are opportunities to use them.

Education often does not help people to find their passion and talents because the system inculcate us with a very narrow view of intelligence and capacity and overvalue particular sorts of talent and ability.

"I get it; I love it; I want it; Where is it?"
