All Americans have the right to a trial by jury when money over $20 is concerned.

All Americans have the right to remain silent in order to protect your private information.

5th Amendment

All Americans have the right to a speedy and public trial by jury.

All Americans have the right to refuse housing soldiers during a time of war, or anytime.

All rights reserved for the states.

6th Amendment

All Americans have the reserved right to rights not listed in the Constitution. (Breathe, cut your hair, etc.)

The right to bear arms. All Americans have the freedom to own a firearm.
