THE BELIEF OF JUDAISM
Judaism is the monotheistic relgion of the Jews that orginates back to 2000 BCE in Cannan, known today as Israel and Palestine. However, it didnt emerge until the 1st Century CE. It is one of the oldest religions that still exist today. According to the Holocaust Explained website, "Judaism is practiced commonly today in Israel and the United States." However, most people that call themse;ves Jews dont even practice the Judaism religion. Extracted from the Judaism library, "The four main movements within Judaism today are Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, and Reconstructionist, respectively ranging from traditional to liberal to religiously progressive in their application of Torah."

Jews believe in the Torah as their central refercence of the Judaism tradition. According to the Jewish Library website, " The Jewish Written Law, consists of the five books of the Hebrew Bible, known more commonly to non-Jews as the "Old Testament." They believe that the Torah shows how God wants Jews to live and contains 613 commandments, known to Jews as the ten 10 statements.
