Known as the Pearl Bridge, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is basically the Asian Golden Gate Bridge. Crossing the Akashi Straight It is a pretty busy bridge, with 23,000 cars crossing over each day, bringing in $230 USD for each car that goes over.

Toll-2,300 yen ($230)

The bridge is a little under 17 years old, and can withstand an earthquake or two. And it was built during the Winter Olympics
