I would like to use drill and practice software in my classroom because it provides the student with text, and examples pertaining to the lesson. It is also a great tool to use to prepare students for a world that is technology driven and growing in virtual learning.

How I will use it

This virtual technology will help boost student's confidence. Most drill and practice software will focus on the student's weakness and will not allow them to move forward until they have mastered the concept. I will use this software for mastery and to boost the student's confidence.

To engage students though vivid texts. Assess student's comprehension of text. I will use this technology to challenge my students academically.

Drill and practice technology such as Study Island consist of interactive games and activities that can assist them with present or upcoming lessons. Working together as a small group will make learning fun.
