Super Cooling
What Is Super Cooling? It is when the temperature of a liquid is below it's freezing point however, it is still a liquid, not a solid
Example In Nature:Clouds, the rain droplets are still a liquid
Fish blood, that is why they don't freeze even in extremely cold water that has frozen however if they touch ice, they freeze instantly
Super cooling makes things frictionless, allowing the electrons to move freely. This is used in the Hadron Collidor
Hadron Collider
This is because the water molecules aren't in the correct formation to transform into a solid
