Stress Management

My SMART goal is to de-stress myself by using the choices listed above, I will not wait to do my homework until the last minute and I will set up specific times to sit down and do my homework every day. Every time that I am having trouble with my homework, I will go brew a cup of tea and forget about the homework for two to three minutes. I usually have some tea at my disposal and when I don’t, I will just watch some tv for a little while. I will set up 45 minutes to an hour each day to do my homework every day. This is related to stress because it involves managing my stress

If you are over stressed, yes you need to worry about it. You do because eventually stress can lead to feeling worried or uneasy a lot of the time; having difficulty sleeping, which makes you feel tired; not being able to concentrate; being irritable; being extra alert; feeling on edge or not being able to relax; needing frequent reassurance from other people; and/or feeling tearful.

Stress is the body's way of rising up to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and raised alertness., either it will want to stay and fight or it wil want to run away, this is called the fight or flight response.

What is stress and what does it do?

My smart goal.
