Floridas nickname is "The Sunshine State".

Florida is a state with 19.89 million people wich was last counted in 2014. Floridas date of statehood is March 3rd 1845. Some of the major Lakes in Florida are Lake Okeechobe wich is in the southern part of the sate close to Fort. Myers. Lake George isn't as big as Lake Okeechobee. Lake George is in the northern part of the state by Daytona Beach. The Everglades national park isnt really a body of water but it is a marsh land in the southern part of the state wich has tiny amounts of water all over it with a bunch of wildlife animals in it including, turtles, otters, alligators, crocodiles, cranes, birds, amd much more.

Flo Rida was born in Florida. He was born on September 16th in 1979. Before Flo Rida became famous he studied international business management while he was at University of Nevada.
