Spanish Omelette

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes, 4 eggs, 1 onion, Salt, Oil
PREPARATION
1.Peel the potatoes.
2.Cut the potatoes in slices
3. Do the same with the onion.
4. Fry the potatoes and the onions in hot oil.
5. Then separate the onion and the potatoes of the oil.
6. Add the salt.
7. Whisk the eggs.
8. After it, mix all the ingredients.
9. Fry all the ingredients with a little oil.
10. When you finish frying the omelette you can eat it.
One of the most famous bars for tapas in Madrid is Casa Lucio, a restaurant in Madrid. Its owner is Lucio Blazquez. I was opened in 1974. It has got two floors, the second one the “purgatory”. Loads of famous people come here to enjoy typical Spanish food. A special dish from Madrid which is cooked here are the chickpeas. The best dessert served in Casa Lucio is the rice pudding.
