The explosions on the sun is called Solar Flares. Solar Flares are the biggest explosions in our solr system. The first solar flare was seen in 1851. The amount of energy that is realsed in a typical flare is about the same as 100 Megaton bombs exploding all at once. So what im about to show you is some big Solar Flares.
