Why is Mars red?Well, it got its colour because of the rust on top of the planet which gives it a redish look.
NASA has successfully launched over 100 manned flights, but 2 has ended up being unsuccessful causing the death of an entire crew.

Pros
Cons
Did you know that...Billions of years ago, Mars use to be just like Earth. It was warm, it had lakes, rivers and even oceans. But the water dissapeared and it got colder which made Mars the planet we see today.
It took me 45 minutes to put my spacesuit on.
2. Since humans will have to find another place or planet to to live on in the future, we might have to start doing some research. Space exploration provides us with plenty information about space and how life will be on different planets.
1. As we all know Earth is the only habitable planet we know of so far. The population righ approximatly 7.2 billion people. By 2050, there will be too much people on Earth and there won't be enough resources (food, oil etc...) for everyone So we have to start thinking about the future and space exploration could help us find a new habitable place for us to live on.
Fun facts-The Sun contains 99% of the solar system's mass.-A space suit weighs 280 pounds without the astronaut
1. Although space exploration gives us a lot of information about space but it's also very expensive. In 2005, 2 trillion dollars was spent on space exploration. Instead of using the money on space exploration, they could use it to improve the enviorment or reduce poverty.
2. One of the biggest problems concerning space exploration is space pollution. It's already a bad enough that Earth is getting polluted, the concern will keep growing if we continue space exploration.
3. Space exploration can be extreamly risky and dangerous. In 1986, a space shuttle exploded only 73 seconds after it was launched.
3. Space exploration gives humans a chance to find precious minerals that could only be found in space. The rocks and minerals found in space could be worth thousands or even millions of dollars.
