South America

South America!

Llama and Alpaca are very common animals for people in the Andes Mts. They help transport food because the terrian is tough.

The humid pampas ecosystem is one of the richest grazing areas in the world. Its temperature, climate and rich deep soil give them croplands and grazing lands for the animals.

The Amazon basin has the most developed rainforest in the world. Over two-thirds of all the fresh water on earth is found within the Amazon basin. The Amazon basin is drained by the Amazon River. The basin covers an area of approximately 40% of South America.

The amazon river is the only rainforest that we have left in terms of size and diversity.
