SOMALIA'SCHILDRENSOLDIERS

Somalia is in a civil war since 1991, when the government of Siad Barre fell. Then, rebel groups the Islamic State tried to take the power of the coutry and they are still fighting against the Federal Parliament of Somalia and their allies.The rebel groups recuit children soldiers and they train them to fight and kill. These childre suffer physical and psicological injuries, and often, they die.

The civilians are also killed and the cities are destroyed. Many people suffer from hungry.

Somalia has a population of 8.2 million of people. 4.2 million are under 18.

Womenin Somalia have not rights and they are raped and abused frecuently.

Governments are trying to stop the recuitment of children soldiers.
