Solar energy

There are a lot of advantages for solar energy and heating. For example, it is a renewable resource. It’s also a non- polluting energy source which is good for the environment. They also try to reduce the cost of this energy source because all the other energy sources are expensive. Also, it is sustainable and it can last long. There are also a lot of solar panels in outer space which makes sense because the sun’s rays get trapped in the panels. These are the advantages.

There aren’t many disadvantages for solar energy. Of course every renewable resource is expensive. Also it takes up to much space. If your solar panels make electricity, then it is not 24 hours because there won’t be sun provided every day. They also lack at the aesthetics because it is not pleasant to look at. These are the disadvantages.

The solar energy has an expensive cost. But scientists and other people are trying to lower the cost of solar energy which is a good thing. The solar panels cost about $4,500 to $12,000. The power inverter costs around $1,000 to $3,000. The Mounting Hardware is around $800 to $2,000. And finally, the wiring cost around $1,000 to$2,000. These are the cost of solar energy.

There are also other renewable energy sources that have a cost that is expensive. Here are the renewable resources with their cost. The windmills for wind energy cost about $1,000,000 to build it. The Geothermal energy costs around $25,000 or more to install it. In Biofuel, the price is $1.10 per litre. And the wave energy costs about $700,000. These are the costs of other energy sources.

Solar energy is a renewable energy source, which uses the sun’s energy to create energy in a more useful way. It is an inexhaustible energy source. There are two types of solar heating. The first one is Passive solar heating which the sun’s energy goes through a window and heats the room. It is useful for saving energy instead of using a heating system. The second one is an Active solar energy system which the sun’s energy gets trapped into a device which creates energy in a more useful way. For example, a solar panel can trap heat to make electricity. This is a renewable resource that is fantastic for conserving and saving energy.
