AMOUNT:About 18 cookies
Cream together butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
Preheat oven to 350 degress and comine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar)
Combine wet and dry ingredients, but don't overmix.
Scoop dough and roll into balls. Roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake for at least 15 minutes and let cool on a wire rack when done.
