S.M.A.R.T. Goals

S- Specific. (Get in Shape)Who: MeWhat: Work out moreWhen: Every nightWhere: Surf City Community CenterWhy: To Be Healthy!

M- MeasurableWork out every day, 6 days a week. I will know it is accomplished when i feel healthy and better about myself.

S- Specific. (Study more)Who: MeWhat: Study moreWhen: Every NightWhere: Home/LibraryWhy: To get better grades

T- TimelyIn a month i want to be able to run 2 miles with out stopping. In 2 months i want to run 4 miles and go on to complete a half marathon.

R- RealistI truly believe this can be accomplished. I will make time, and not give up because in the end it will benfit me more. But this will not be a easy goal.

A- AttainableThis goal is very attainable because it is something that i care about and really want it. This goal is also attainable because as i keep trying it will get easier and easier.

M- MeasurableStudy and review notes every night. I know it will be accomplished when my grades start improving and i am more comfortable with the material.

A- AttainableI feel that this goal is very attainable because it is something that will help me in the future.

T- TimelyBy the end of this semester my studying skills will be improved as well as my grades.

R- RealistThis goal will be accomplished because is something that i will work for and needs to be improved so that i can gain success.
