Slippery Slope

BOOKS EXAMPLE SLIPPERY SLOPE Reason 1: Voting for a Democrat will raise taxes,Reason 2: The taxes will become so intolerable, people will begin to riot.Reason 3: With the riots, anarchy will occur and the United States will divide into separate countries. Conclusion: don’t vote for democrats or the country will be in ruins.Although a government led by the Democratic Party could raise taxes, it is highly unlikely that doing so would cause riots so severe that states would secede to become independent countries.......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

My Example of Slippery SlopeIf you don’t go to college get a degree you won’t get a good job which will have you living on the streets for the rest of your life.

Yes and no. Conflict of interest is a slippery slope. It may or may not involve disclosure and transparency. I.e. it’s still a conflict of interest whether or not you disclose, right?
