SLAVERYslavery was very popular in the 1600'5 and up.slavery was made of mostly african americans because they were immune to british deseises.slaves had very little rights and could be bought or sold without a choice and without being paid for their work.slaves were commonly stolen by other owners so to keep that from happening they were either branded in the arm or the chest.slave owners weren't always against slave moms having kids because it produced more slaves.maryland , missouri and, delaware were states that were free to slaves so some slaves tried to escape and if they were found they could either be beaten ,hung,or shot.

MIDDLE PASSAGEThe "Middle Passage" was considered a time of in-betweenness for those being traded from Africa to America.. Ships departed Europe for African markets with manufactured goods, which were traded for purchased or kidnapped Africans, who were transported across the Atlantic as slaves; the slaves were then sold or traded for raw materials,[2] which would be transported back to Europe to complete the voyage.

REVOLUTIONARY WARRevolutionary War in the United States, was the revolt against Great Britain by the thirteen American colonies which founded the United States of America.France, Spain and the Dutch Republic had been secretly providing supplies, ammunition and weapons to the revolutionaries starting early in 1776. The American victory at Saratoga persuaded Britain to offer full self governance to the colonies, but France entered the war to prevent the Americans from accepting a compromise peace.

TRIANGULAR TRADE Triangle Trade is the name given to a system of trade that occurred during the colonial era in American History.Colonial Massachusetts and Rhode Island played a major role in the "infamous triangle trade" of the 15th through mid-18th centuries. At the time, Massachusetts and Rhode Island produced some of the best rum in the world. It was this rum that was shipped to the western coast of Africa to be traded for slaves. The ports in the New England colonies of Massachusetts and Rhode Island formed a vital leg of the triangle. In towns across New England, two forms of rum, tafia and ordinary rum, were produced. The rum was manufactured partially for personal consumption, but even more importantly, it was shipped to the west coast of Africa to be traded for gold and slaves.

LEXINGTON AND CONCORDThe Battles of Lexington and Concord were the first military engagements of the American Revolutionary War. They were fought on April 19, 1775, in Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, within the towns of Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Menotomy (present-day Arlington), and Cambridge, near Boston.
