Bacon was born in 1561 his parents were Anne and Nicholas Bacon. Bacon went to Trinity College, Cambridge at the age of twelve and three years later he entered Gray's Inn with his brother Anthony. In 1579 there was a sudden death of Bacon's father.By 1591 he became the confidential advisor to the Earl of Essex and published Essays. Between 1613-1618 he became an Attorney General and Lord Chancellor of England. After publishing several books Bacon became ill with pneumonia and died in 1626.
Acomplishments
Francis Bacon initiated a massive reformation of every process of knowledge for the advancement of learning divine and human.He was the philisophical inspiration behind the Industrial Age.Bacon also wrote several books that advocated reformations of the law.
Lasting Impact
Francis Bacon was the creator of the Baconian Method or in other words the Scientific Method.
