Stream Table Scenarios-Liz Kerrigan-

Flat terrain,inclined plain

A landscape with hills & valleys

Flat terrain, inclined plain: *After 10 minutes- Flow was slow; started out as one river & then branched off into multiple rivers; signs of water erosion.*After 20 minutes- Flow continued to be slow; rivers are thicker; multiple paths; formation of headwater.*After 30 minutes- Consistently slow flow; resevoir has formed, small amount of sediment moved into sea.

After 10 minutes:

A landscape with hills and valleys: *After 10 minutes- Flow was medium speed; immediately branched off into two streams, then met again and ran alongside a hill; sediment moved into sea. *After 20 minutes- Flow continued to be be medium speed; river got deeper, large collection of water at edge of sea; hills beginning to be effected by water erosion*After 30 minutes- Flow has slowed down; mouth of river looks like a resvoir (deep inlet); hills are smaller due to the moevement of water around them, and valleys have been flattened out; large amounts of sediment moved to sea.
