A Series of Unfortunate Events:The Vile Village

The story is about three orphans, Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire. They have no family left to care for them, so they are sent to the Village of Fowl Devotees (V.F.D.) where the whole town will raise them. The Baudelaires believe that is where they will find their friends Duncan and Isadora Quagmire, who were kidnapped by their evil uncle Count Olaf. The journey takes the Baudelaires to this vile village full of crows and elders, where they have to do all of the chores and follow strict rules. They receive a series of couplets with clues to help them find their missing friends, but are soon accused of a murder they didn't commit. Count Olaf is behind all of their unfortunate events as he continues to try to steal the fortune that was left to them by their parents. The three orphans work together to solve the mystery and rescue the Quagmires in the fountain. The Quagmires are able to escape, but Count Olaf stops the Baudelaires. The town finally realizes he is the one behind the murder, but he manages to escape. Unfortunately, the Baudelaires once again have to find a new home.
