What did we do?1) Mix the salt and sand with water2) Use a funnel to seperate them3)Pour salt and sand into the funnel4)Sand should stay into the funnel5)Boil water so you can seperate the salt from the water6)Mass the sand with the funnel paper and the subtract the mass of the funnel paper7)Mass the salt with the heating dish and then clean out the bowl and subtract the mass of the bowl from the mass of the bowl and salt.

1) Didnt clean all the sand out of the beaker with the squirt bottle2)Sand went threw the funnel papper

Purpose: To fiqure out how to seperatesalt and sand.

Steps

1)Boil the salt water slow, so the salt doesnt splash out2)Make sure you subtract the mass of the funnel paper from the sand and paper and subtract the mass of the bowl from the salt and bowl
